What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years. The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year. For certain vehicle categories (SUV, luxury), the minimum age may be 25 years.
What documents do I need?
You need: a valid driving license (held for at least 1 year), a valid ID or passport, and a credit card for the security deposit.
How much is the security deposit?
The deposit varies by category: Economy €450, Sedan €450, Automatic €450, SUV €800, Luxury €1,500. Fully refunded on return in original condition.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all vehicles are covered by civil liability insurance. Comprehensive insurance is available as an option for complete peace of mind.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellation or no-show may incur charges equivalent to one day's rental.
Where can I pick up the vehicle?
We offer pickup at Tunis Carthage Airport, at our Grand Tunis agencies, and delivery to your hotel or address in the Tunis area.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (TND, EUR), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. Payment is made at vehicle pickup.
