Enter start and end dates and times, locations and options. Compare total amounts using identical details for each model. Ask about mileage, additional drivers and any change of season during the rental.
Maintenance during the rental
For a longer period, ask how to report mileage and arrange planned servicing. Do not authorize repairs or an oil change without the agency’s agreement. Clarify what happens if the vehicle is unavailable and whether a replacement is offered.
Extend or return early
An extension depends on the vehicle calendar and must be accepted before the original return date. An early return does not automatically mean a prorated refund. Ask for the conditions and adjusted amount before agreeing to the change.
Follow documents and payments
Your rental space brings together requested documents, messages and booking amounts. Agree the currency and any payment schedule after contact. Check the deposit and return conditions for the whole confirmed period.
